If you notice any issues regarding the inventory, cleanliness or the accommodation itself, please report them to the reception within 2 hours of your arrival . Should any damage or technical defect occur during your stay, please report it to the reception as soon as possible. This allows us to assist you quickly and helps ensure your stay remains as pleasant as possible.

On our comfort camping pitches, you can stay with a caravan/motorhome with a maximum length of 8 m and a maximum weight of 3.5 tonnes. On a hikers’ field, only tents or folding caravans are permitted.

Yes, every camping pitch has a water connection.

How big is my camping pitch?

A comfort camping pitch measures approximately 9 m x 9 m. A hikers’ field measures approximately 7 m x 9 m.

Do I need to make a reservation at the restaurant?

We recommend making a reservation. You can do so by calling: +352 26903398.

Is electricity available at my camping pitch?

Yes, 16-amp electricity is available at every camping pitch. However, electricity must be booked separately.

Can I reschedule my booking for personal reasons or due to illness?

In principle, the same rules apply as for a regular booking change (see “Booking Changes”). However, in the event of illness or personal circumstances, we recommend contacting us so that we can discuss the available options together.

Can I park my car near my chalet?

During your stay, you can park one car near your chalet.

Where can I park a second car?

If you arrive with a second car, you can park it in the car park at the entrance to the holiday park during your stay.

Do the chalets have air conditioning?

All chalets of the following types have air conditioning: Tiny House 2, Silvanus 4, Domus 4 and Domus 4+2. Only a limited number of Cube la mer 4 chalets are equipped with air conditioning. If you would like to book a chalet with air conditioning, select the “Air conditioning” option under “General” in the “Search and Book” section.

There is ample parking available at the park. Depending on your accommodation, you can park one or more cars at your accommodation or use the central parking areas within the park.

Please note that the roads in the Luxembourg Ardennes are hilly and winding. During holiday periods, traffic on the main roads towards Luxembourg may be busier than usual.

Accessibility by public transport

From Clervaux railway station to EuroParcs Kohnenhof

Travel by train to Clervaux railway station, one of the nearest stations to the park.

From Clervaux station, take bus 630 towards Hosingen/Parc Hosingen. Get off at Parc Hosingen, Kounenhaff bus stop.

From the bus stop, it is only a short walk to the entrance of EuroParcs Kohnenhof.

From EuroParcs Kohnenhof to Clervaux railway station

Walk from the entrance of EuroParcs Kohnenhof to the Parc Hosingen, Kounenhaff bus stop.

Take bus 630 towards Clervaux. From Clervaux station, you can easily continue your journey by train to other destinations in Luxembourg, Belgium or Germany.

From Luxembourg railway station to EuroParcs Kohnenhof

Travel by train from Luxembourg railway station to Clervaux. The train journey takes approximately 1 hour.

Transfer to bus 630 towards Hosingen/Parc Hosingen and get off at Parc Hosingen, Kounenhaff bus stop.

From the bus stop, it is just a few minutes' walk to EuroParcs Kohnenhof.

From EuroParcs Kohnenhof to Luxembourg railway station

Walk to the Parc Hosingen, Kounenhaff bus stop and take bus 630 to Clervaux railway station.

From Clervaux station, regular train services operate to Luxembourg railway station. The total travel time is approximately 1.5 hours, depending on the connection.

Travelling from Belgium and Germany

Thanks to its location close to the Belgian and German borders, EuroParcs Kohnenhof is also easily accessible from both countries.

Via Clervaux railway station, there are train connections to Luxembourg City. From Germany, Trier and Gerolstein are convenient transfer stations for travelling onwards to Luxembourg.

Important information during your stay

Despite our best efforts, it is possible that something may require extra attention during your stay. We kindly ask you to report any complaints or remarks to the reception immediately after your arrival. This enables us to take prompt action and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cleaning complaints, damage or missing inventory can be reported on the day of arrival up to 2 hours after your arrival.

Please also report any malfunctions and/or technical defects to the reception immediately or, outside reception opening hours, by using the emergency telephone number.

Parking

One vehicle is permitted per accommodation or camping pitch.

Parking is only allowed in the designated parking areas.

To ensure the safety of all guests, we kindly ask you to drive at walking pace throughout the park. The maximum speed within the park is 5 km/h.

Departure

On your departure day, we kindly ask you to check out before 10:00 a.m.

Please leave your accommodation tidy by:

emptying the dishwasher;
returning all clean dishes to their proper place;
disposing of your waste in the designated waste containers;
placing the bed linen inside a pillowcase and leaving it in the living room;
switching off all lights;
setting the heating back to 16°C.

Visitors

Visitors are welcome at EuroParcs Kohnenhof.

We kindly ask all visitors to register at the reception before entering the park.

Pets

Pets are also welcome at EuroParcs Kohnenhof. Special pet-friendly accommodations are available.

Please ensure that your pet does not cause any inconvenience to other guests. Dogs must always be kept on a leash within the park and should be walked outside the park.

Pets are not permitted in the playground or in the gardens and on the terraces of other guests. Should your pet relieve itself within the park, we kindly ask you to clean it up immediately.

Waste

Please dispose of your household waste in the designated waste containers.

Together we can keep the park clean and pleasant for everyone.

Fire safety & barbecues

To prevent fire hazards, open fires are not permitted anywhere in the park.

Barbecues are only allowed when using an electric or gas barbecue. Always place your barbecue at a safe distance from your accommodation or camping pitch and consider the safety of other guests.

Peace and quiet at the park

Quiet hours apply between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

During this period, motorised traffic is not permitted within the park. We kindly ask you to respect the peace and privacy of your fellow guests.
