EuroParcs Kohnenhof is easy to reach by car and is located in northern Luxembourg, directly on the River Our and close to the German border.

Parking is available at the holiday park. Depending on your accommodation, you can park one or more cars next to your accommodation or use the central parking areas.
Please note that the roads in the Luxembourg Ardennes are hilly and winding. During holiday periods, traffic towards Luxembourg may be busier than usual.
Accessibility by public transport
From Clervaux railway station to EuroParcs Kohnenhof
Travel by train to Clervaux railway station, one of the nearest stations to the park.
From Clervaux station, take bus 630 towards Hosingen/Parc Hosingen and get off at Parc Hosingen, Kounenhaff.
From the bus stop, it is only a short walk to the entrance of EuroParcs Kohnenhof.
From EuroParcs Kohnenhof to Clervaux railway station
Walk from the entrance of EuroParcs Kohnenhof to the Parc Hosingen, Kounenhaff bus stop.
Take bus 630 to Clervaux railway station. From there, regular train services connect you to destinations throughout Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany.
From Luxembourg railway station to EuroParcs Kohnenhof
Travel by train from Luxembourg railway station to Clervaux. The journey takes approximately one hour.
Transfer to bus 630 towards Hosingen/Parc Hosingen and get off at Parc Hosingen, Kounenhaff.
From there, it is just a short walk to EuroParcs Kohnenhof.
From EuroParcs Kohnenhof to Luxembourg railway station
Take bus 630 from Parc Hosingen, Kounenhaff to Clervaux railway station.
From Clervaux, regular trains run to Luxembourg railway station. Depending on the connection, the total travel time is approximately 1.5 hours.
Travelling from Belgium and Germany
Thanks to its location close to both the Belgian and German borders, EuroParcs Kohnenhof is easily accessible from both countries.
Via Clervaux, train connections are available to Luxembourg City. From Germany, Trier and Gerolstein are convenient transfer stations.
Tip: Public transport in Luxembourg (second-class trains, buses and trams) is free of charge. Only the international part of your journey to Luxembourg is subject to the regular transport fares.

Important information during your stay
Despite all our efforts, something may occasionally require extra attention during your stay. We kindly ask you to report any complaints or comments to the reception as soon as possible after your arrival. This allows us to take prompt action and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Upon arrival, please check whether your accommodation is complete, clean and in good condition. Any damage, missing inventory or cleaning issues should be reported to the reception within 2 hours of your arrival.
Please also report any technical issues or malfunctions to the reception immediately or, outside reception opening hours, by calling the emergency number.
Parking
One vehicle is permitted per accommodation or camping pitch.
Parking is only allowed in the designated parking areas. To ensure the safety of all guests, we kindly ask you to drive at walking speed throughout the park. The maximum speed is 5 km/h.
Departure
On your departure day, we kindly ask you to check out before 10:00 a.m.
Please leave your accommodation tidy by:
- emptying the dishwasher;
- returning all clean dishes to their proper place;
- disposing of your waste in the designated waste containers;
- placing the bed linen inside a pillowcase and leaving it in the living room;
- switching off all lights;
- setting the heating back to 16°C.

Visitors are welcome at EuroParcs Kohnenhof.
We kindly ask all visitors to register at the reception before entering the park.
Pets
Pets are also welcome at EuroParcs Kohnenhof. Special pet-friendly accommodations are available.
Please ensure that your pet does not cause any inconvenience to other guests. Dogs must always be kept on a leash within the park and should be walked outside the park.
Pets are not permitted in the playground or in the gardens and on the terraces of other guests. Should your pet relieve itself within the park, we kindly ask you to clean it up immediately.
Waste
Please dispose of your household waste in the designated waste containers.
Together we can keep the park clean and pleasant for everyone.
Fire safety & barbecues
To prevent fire hazards, open fires are not permitted anywhere in the park.
Barbecues are only allowed when using an electric or gas barbecue. Always place your barbecue at a safe distance from your accommodation or camping pitch and consider the safety of other guests.
Peace and quiet at the park
Quiet hours apply between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
During this period, motorised traffic is not permitted within the park. We kindly ask you to respect the peace and privacy of your fellow guests.
