Arrival
Upon arrival, please check that your rental accommodation is complete and in good condition. Any damage, missing items or cleaning must be reported to reception within 2 hours of arrival.
Departure
Check-out is on the day of departure before 10 am. We request that you leave the accommodation tidy: empty the dishwasher, wash the dishes, take the waste to the container park, collect the bed linen and put it in the living room, turn off the lights, empty the refrigerator and turn off the heating to 16 degrees.
Traffic in the park
The maximum speed is 5 km/h. You must follow the signs and traffic signs. Parking is only permitted in the designated areas. Only one car is permitted per accommodation or camping spot.
Visits
Visitors are of course very welcome. Please report this in advance.
Emergencies
Report any emergencies immediately and only to reception. Outside reception opening hours, please call the emergency number.
Waste
We request that you deposit your household waste in the container park.
Pets
Pets must be kept on a leash and walked outside the park.
You must clean up any droppings. Pets are not allowed in the playground or gardens. As the owner, you are responsible for this.
Fire safety/Barbecuing
Open fires are not allowed in the park. Barbecues are only allowed if electric or gas. Place the barbecue at a sufficient distance from the camping spot or accommodation.
Nights
There is a period of park rest between 23:00 and 07:00 and no traffic is allowed on the site.
Complaints
Despite all the good care, it is still possible that there is a complaint.
Do not hesitate to report this to reception, so that we can do everything we can to resolve this.

Because we value nature, the woods, the dunes and reeds, and your safery, we have a friendly reminder for you:
- Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
- Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
- When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray
